Animation Week 2 (short animation & group project planning)

This week, I made a short animation in Adobe After Effects using character and background images layered in Photoshop. The animation included a dog dropping down a waterfall made from a huge can of Arizona green tea, then floating downstream.

Additionally, this week we started working on a collaborative group animation project. The animation needs to be 1-3 minutes long with a main character and a short story.

The current idea we have is to animate a zoom call meeting for an ITP physical computing class between dogs from all over the world. The animation will be told from the perspective of the zoom call interface, showing dogs with different backgrounds talking and figuring out their physical computing assignments with the instructor dog talking from the ITP floor.
